Move beyond a mixed metal output. Dry density separation that gives your recovered material its next opportunity.

01 — THE TECHNOLOGY
SandFlo uses an aerated sand bed to separate prepared non-ferrous metals according to density.
Screen the feed for a consistent size and remove ferrous metals and non-metallic material upstream.
Air fluidises the circulating sand. Lighter metals stay higher; denser metals sink deeper.
Separate flights collect the lighter and heavier metals while sand recirculates.
Separate lighter aluminium from denser copper, brass and zinc fractions.

Upgrade mixed fractions after primary separation.
Work with dry, screened material of consistent size.
Avoid contaminated liquid effluent from separation.

Build a process that makes sense for your material, your operators and your working day.
¹ BlakerTech’s published figure, not a guaranteed output. Capacity and separation depend on feed and configuration; confirm through a trial.

No. It is a dry separation process using an aerated bed of sand.
No. SandFlo separates by density; it does not remove bonded materials.
Describe the metal mix, size range, moisture, contaminants and desired output. This helps the team plan a useful trial.
